What you'll make

Hand-rolled fresh pasta and live pizza rounds.

A guided pasta making class where everyone gets their hands dirty and ends up at the table eating what they made.

Fresh pasta

From egg to table

You'll learn the base dough, roll it by hand or machine and shape one or two forms: tagliatelle, filled ravioli or Sicilian busiate, depending on the group.

Live pizza rounds

Each their own

Everyone stretches their own dough, picks toppings and bakes it in a portable high-heat oven. Each pizza is ready in 90 seconds, with the oven at 450 degrees.
